Cancellation Refund policy
1. You are eligible for a refund on the Services ONLY under the following
circumstance:
a) If you have paid by mistake and want to withdraw donation
Notwithstanding the above, you will be subject to 5% of the service charge
towards refund processing fee for this refund.
2. vsss.info refunds, if approved by us, will be returned to the donor’s account used for the transaction
3. Payment refunds, when available from the payment provider, can be
performed by our Support team. To prevent fraud and abuse, we limit the
total amount of times users can request a payment provider refund from
their account which is subject to review by our Support team.
4.Filing a dispute or reversing a payment through your payment provider or
your bank prior to attempting to resolve the matter by working it out with
the Content Provider through the vsss.info dispute resolution tools and
contacting customer support through this Site may get your account
disabled to investigate security violations.
5.Only one refund may be issued for each invoice. vsss.info reserves the
right to grant or deny any refund requests.
Mostly, the refund request is processed within 5 business days, however, in
some cases, it might take up to 15 business days as accomplished by the payment gateway.
