1.This MOU refers to Ravindra Raju as Mr. Jaipal's adopted son. The MOU does not mention Ravindra as Ramulu's son or as the heir to the properties mentioned in this MOU.
2.This MOU conceals the injustice done to Chandrakala by the Jeripeti family. It ignores Chandrakala's mutual divorce and Sasikala's failed marriage. The MOU also makes a false statement that all the children are happily married and settled in life.
3.The MOU ignores the injustice done to Chandrakala, a motherless female child, and only suggests equality in the final resolution. It only mentions a fourth party named J. Govardhana Raju as a brother who is giving equal shares to the three sisters. There is no mention of the assistance provided by the eldest son J. Satyanarayana Raju to his sisters or any other source related to equal inheritance for the women.
